I have heard your prayer and seen your tears. Thus the mother of seven sons encourages them for martyrdom: I do not know how you came into being in my womb. It was not I who gave you life and breath, nor I who set in order the elements within each of you. . . In fact, it is nothing of the sort. To be fair, I should also say that considering Obama's behavior as that of an aspiring politician weakens the argument being made by some on the right about his past association with people on the left, in particular William Ayers, an unrepentant ex-Weatherman. The Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, which is where I grew up, is the sort of place where an ex-Weatherman can easily enough be a prominent figure. This sounds like a big deal. An International Arctic Fisheries Symposium is planned for October at the Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage. The Ranger Universe lost a truly wonderful person today in John Halligan. “John Halligan was an institution with the Rangers, and is as much a part of the tradition and history as any player who has worn the sweater,” stated Glen Sather, President and General Manager. Halligan was a founding member of the Rangers Alumni Association along with Bill Chadwick and Steve Vickers and remained an active member. Or the descriptive but lameass 'beginner's guide to handpainting your own yarn'. Then I will have nothing left to do but knit. And chase the baby around the house. I took this photo yesterday, to give everyone an idea what it's like when I sit down on the couch to knit. Never a dull moment around here. I tried the layered tights thing today and loved it. They kept me toasty warm all day! This skirt is a new buy. I went back to the same store a couple times since, but had still never been willing to pay the price. One of the things I like about Zorro is that he gets to make fools of corrupt authority figures.

The perfect place for a quick afternoon nap.

With all the traffic, our server just hasn't been able to keep up, and I'm sorry that people have had some trouble getting the pictures. I just cut and paste. I just have to figure out how to do it myself!!!So, this is my practice run. Thank you for visiting mylittlescienceblogspot. blogspot. I am pleased to now bring you the results of my latest study. As you may be aware, our local hummingbirds have all but disappeared. There are a few relics around, but the buzzing hordes of last year have gone away. Renfrewshire had already beaten Dunbartonshire and Argyll, and Lanarkshire. Observation:Jesus had been talking to His disciples about servanthood and had just washed their feet. He tells them that they need to do to each other what He had just done for them. At the end of this speaking on washing feet Jesus makes one statement that is so powerful that sometimes we miss it. He says, "Now that you know these things, God will bless you for doing them". You can know all of God's promises and know the Bible backwards and forwards, but if you don't do what it says, you can't be blessed. Many people want to be blessed, but they don't want to live a life that God can bless, then they get mad at God for not blessing them. God wants us to do what He says first, then His blessing will follow. One person may know little scripture and do it, another may know much, but do little. I'd rather be the one who knew little and did what he knew. Prayer:Lord, James said for us to be doers of the Word and not hearers only. Help me to apply Your Word to my life every day and begin to be better at "doing" what I know to do. I want to grow in the fruit of the Spirit. Help me as I give it my best try. For teh chilrenz, natch. You see, mere mascot status is looking a tad miserly for our Phil after reading his contribution to the pathetic charade debate. Here are some highlights. They think that the only reason they came into Parliament was to ban everybody else from doing all the things that they happen not to like.

What perturbs me is that Conservative Ministers appear not to have grasped the concept, even though they claim to be Conservatives, that we can disapprove of something without banning it.

This is just another in the long line of triumphs for the nanny state. Erm, how does one 'smoke' an e-cig? Producing a zip-lock bag containing the ciggy and a small charger, Mr Campo told the magistrate "it was only an electronic cigarette''. Amid chuckles from the galler, the bemused magistrate said, "That's a good one. '' The prosecutor said irrespective of whether it was an e-cig the regulations defined the offence as including "any tobacco or any other product intended to be smoked".

Mr Railton said there was nothing the court could do but enforce the fine.

Well, actually, the court could have said that as it was not 'smoked', it wasn't covered under the law. As you know, Archbishop Wuerl has thrown his zucchetto into the health care debate by having an on-line "newspaper" publish his editorial on the subject. Now, I know that I have been critical of him, but as an American and as the leader of Roman Catholic Church in Washington DC/Maryland, he has a right to do so. I would never, ever, take that away from him. Just as I would not take away David Catania's right to talk about homosexual marriage. He has the right to speak on it and advocate it, even though his is wrong. However, we have problems brewing more and more with Social Security. We often have discussions around here about love, dating, courtship, romance, and marriage. Our children all have strong opinions, and Emily is probably the most vocal about what she wants. For one thing, she announced recently, she wants Mr. Right to have that "In love, can’t eat, can’t sleep" feeling when he falls for her. Ben couldn’t imagine. He’s always hungry. Why would a girl make you not want to eat?But the next day he came to me and said, "I did think of a time when I get that ‘can’t eat, can’t sleep’ feeling. It’s about half an hour before a Duck game, and also at the end if it’s a close game. "What a romantic soul. Emily also announced recently that she has four qualifications for her Guy:He has to be nice. He doesn’t have to look perfect but just so he doesn’t look dweeby. If NSIDC included the entire satellite record in their graph, it would look like a sine wave, not a straight line.

In closing hearing statement, Whitehouse defends warmism by saying NASA is driving a vehicle on Mars.

Ormai conoscete i miei disegnatori favoriti, questa volta il mio post lo voglio dedicare a Lori Markovic disegnatrice di L d da. You already know my favourite designers. I hope you'll enjoying seeing it like I did in stitching it. Spent a nice long weekend away at our cabin. It was nice to take some time out today to honor and celebrate those men and women that sacrifice everything they have for our freedom and beautiful life we get to live. Thank them and their families- they are our Heroes. I love this picture of Shae and her friend Lauren praying over the fallen heroes. They melt my heart. In keeping with the end of year catching up, here are some crafty projects I was working on. I'm tired just looking at it all! I honestly don't know how I did it all in two months. I was really pleased with my craft show set up. Don't look too closely at the prices. I already know they are too low. The princess totes went to Abby & Olivia in Denver. I like that they are similar, but different. The two pillowcases were for Mollie's new pillow. My niece asked for collars and leashes for her girls' doll pets. by Phil Johnsonast year, I described what a "traditional" Thanksgiving meal looks like at our house. No turkey. But she finally found it, and the aroma in our house is now filled with the nostalgic ambrosia of an authentic Thanksgiving in the Johnson household: gourmet pizza. I was asked to make some baby shower invites. My customer loved a similar card with the Build a Bear in a blanket. So I made it baby blanket style. She chose the invite with the white blanket. Greetings,It's not always tuxedos and catered dinners around here. Though it might seem that way to the outside observer. Some days are madly glamorous, some days are just not. So, just to prove the point, I thought I'd share two very different pictures of my home from last weekend.

I think most of you are familiar with this first one.

Just before the guests began arriving for a cocktail party at my home.

The Premier issued an arrest warrant against Vice President Tariq al-Hasehmi on terrorism charges, and asked for a vote of no confidence against Deputy Premier Salehal-Mutlaq in the middle of December, both of which are leaders of the National Movement. The National Movement was always a loose confederation of parties, and this is just the latest example of its disunity. The list seemed to conform with the glaring exception of Speaker of Parliament Osama Nujafi who continued to head legislative sessions. The list responded by saying they were all expelled from the party. That led three of them, Luzi, Jabouri, and Matuti, to form their own party within the INM called the Patriotism bloc. I cut a circle window in the vellum as a frame for the printed focal point. A simple horizontal strip, sentiment, and button accent finish off the bottom of the card. I stamped and popped up a few elements on the laurel branch to add a little more interest. The vellum stays in place pretty well with just some adhesive behind the area where the sentiment strip is, but for good measure, I used a glue pen to add small dots of glue on the back side of vellum in the top corners. By lightly dotting the glue on the back side of the dotted pattern, I made sure the glue doesn't show from the front. The second card is stepped up a little bit: Once again, I started with one of the beautiful printed sentiment panels and trimmed it down. To the top, I added a border in another pattern, as well as cardstock scallops. Yeah, I'm sure everyone who matters will take you indignant loons seriously and warm to your cause. I have stamped the image and then coloured him with Prismacolors and Sansador and added Glossy Accents to his nose so it's nice and shiny. The scalloped square is cut with a Nestabilities die.
